A first for Australia, this course provides formally recognised, nationally accredited course for Landholder Liaison Officers. Over three days, students will learn industry-endorsed, and practical skills to underpin the critical role a landholder liaison officer play in major developments across Australia.
Wiltara works in partnership with the Energy Charter’s Landholder Engagement Course, which builds on course knowledge, with networking and real-world lessons from landholders and industry leaders. Enrolments are available via the Australian Renewables Academy website. Corporate class options are also available.
Wiltara delivers targeted, customised training across all facets of landholder engagement, drawing on content from the nationally accredited qualification to ensure compliance and best‑practice capability. Workshops are customisable with content derived from the nationally accredited course, inspired from on ground experiences. Content can focus on anything from accessing land under statutory rights, effective compulsory acquisition and compensation offer development to rural landholder and neighbour engagement, safe field operations, and integrating landholder considerations into project scheduling. We work with clients to create fit-for-purpose training programs based on project and organisational needs.
Wiltara delivers training and awareness sessions on the Essential Services Commission’s Land Access Code of Practice for organisations that hold, or are seeking to hold, a Transmission Licence in Victoria. Our program is specifically designed to meet the requirements of clause 5.4.2(b) and has been delivered to multiple current and prospective licence holders across Victoria, ensuring teams clearly understand their obligations and operate in full compliance with the Code.
